Reload by pulling down with a spring effect. This also displays the last load time. Thus we don't need a reload button in the footer, or the last time info.
Getting more items is done by scrolling down to the bottom. There you find a 'more' button.
Swipe right to go back to the previous screen. this would let us get rid of the back button.??
Swipe left on a message to reveal the "archive, delete, move" actions on a particular email. in theory we can get rid of the 'edit' button.
